There is a sentence spoken very rarely by those of us who have spent many of our adult years reviewing children's toys. The Toy Story Nerf Blastin' Zurg, based on the not-terribly-threatening bad guy from the Toy Story movies, earns that distinction and it's just a hoot. Load up the three included Nerf darts in his weapon, pull up Zurg's head, and press down quickly. The darts shoot across the room. And it just cracked us up every time we tried it. Yes, the darts might get lost. And yes, the darts don't even shoot all that far. But that earnest little trajectory is the best that this bad guy, consigned to battling a cowboy and an arrogant spaceman, can do. Zurg is a BAD GUY : Toy Story Nerf Blastin' Zurg
I just received this toy to give as a gift for my 3 year old grandson. It is way overpriced at [...] for the toy I received. It is a small action figure only 7" high and shoots Nerf darts. I think a 3 year old could do just as well with one that doesn't shoot them at 1/3 the price.
